Re: Cars in the mall and no more bowling club: Armidale’s city centre plan revealed
The current council under Mayor Coupland have their heads in the clouds. Maybe they should return to the ground and start doing what they promised when arguing for the SRV increase which is to repair and upgrade existing essential infrastructure.
