An excellent analysis of the Dr Jim Chalmers reforms to residential real estate investment conditions, that were too long overdue and disadvantaged first home buyers. The slowing of auction clearances and prices slowly going down plus vendors meeting 10% price discounts for sales is re-setting the market in favour of home buyers. About time.
