A new community art project appeared in Armidale last weekend. In the tucked away laneway at the back of Armidale’s East Mall a “Confetti Lane” appeared. Colourful! Makes one smile! Many locals helped paint the coloured circles that have liven up a dowdy spot. Take a look!
