I agree! Rail freight needs to be activated with the New England highway smashed by heavy trucks plus the tenuous supply of diesel! Mining is already using electric trains with a battery tender that can be quickly swapped over. Tamworth and Armidale need rail connection to Warwick and Toowoomba transport hubs! Post from Brisbane for the area needs to be back on rail instead of flown to Sydney and trucked back!
